    PRETERIT ou PAST PERFECT

    Le past perfect parle d'une action qui s'est passée avant celle au prétérit.

    Sur une échelle de temps =>

    ----past perfect ---------------prétérit -------------> présent

    a- We studied an excerpt drom Robinson Crusoe yesterday.

    b- This idea came to Defoe after he had heard about Alexander Selkirk.

    c- Alexander had lived alone for four years an a desert island when a British ship found him.

    d- Yet Defoe told quite a different story from what the sailor had lived through.

    e- I really enjoyed this class, it was the first time I had reallly learnt about the character of Robinson Crusoe.

    pour cette pahrase,je suis pas sûr à 100% ... est-ce qu'il manque qq chose dans la phrase ???
