Pour exprimer une obligation ou une interdiction tu peux utiliser HAVE/HAS (NOT) TO ou MUST (NOT) par exemple

Pour la première phrase cela donnerait : "In the Society described in Matched, citizens HAVE TO keep only one object from the past".

Dans cet exemple j'exprime une obligation.
