Bonjour.

1. New York is situated in the North of the USA, on the east coast. It is located in New York State at the mouth of the Hudson river.

2. Almost 8,5 million inhabitants live in New York.

3. New York is divided into five boroughs which are Manhattan, The Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island (tu n'es pas obligé de recopier ce qui est en gras).

4. New York has a lot of nicknames such as "The Big Apple" and "The city

that never sleeps".

5. Manhattan is the economic and cultural centre of New York.

6. Central Park is in Manhattan.
