Adj. longs => more + adj. + than

Adj. courts => adj.+ -er

termine en Y => -ier ,( funny funnier...)

de termine par consonne,,/voyelle/consonne => on double la consonne ( Big bigger. fat fatter...)

Good => better

Bad = worse

Far = farther

1- The river Amazon is longer and wider than the river Thames.

2- Apples are healthier than coffee.

3- Coffee is worse for your health.

4- Pullovers are warmer than shirts.

5- My hair is fairer than yours but your eyes are darker than mine.

6- There isn't a bigger animal in the aquarium than this whale. It's huge !

7- My brother's teeth are whiter now than before his visit to the dentist.

8- What is the sweeter, honey or chocolate ?

9- The sky is bluer and the air is cleaner here than in the city.

Tu dis de tout mettre au comparatif...

Pourtant dans la phrase 8, j'aurai mis un superlatif = What is the sweetest .....

Aussi dans la phrase 3 = Coffee is the worst for your health.
