1. The citizens of the Commonwealth are mostly quite young and under 30 years of age (over 60%) => line 3

2. The bigger states cannot dominate the smaller ones because it is the member countries that set the policies => line 9

+ "Membership is based on free and equal voluntary cooperation for the advancement of Commonwealth values" (lines 14 - 16)

3. Rwanda differs from most other members in that it has no colonial roots with Britain => lines 18/19.
